Accessibility statement

We develop to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA for our clients and apply the same standard to this site. This statement sets out the current conformance position, the known limitations, and how to report an accessibility barrier to us.

Conformance status

This website conforms with WCAG 2.1 level AA, with the exceptions listed under known limitations below. Those exceptions are stated openly so that the position is clear and can be verified.

Measures we have taken

  • Semantic HTML landmarks and a single, correctly ordered heading structure on every page
  • A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
  • Every form control has an associated <label>; errors are announced in text, not by colour alone
  • Text and interface contrast checked against the 4.5:1 (and 3:1 for large text) AA thresholds
  • All meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
  • Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator throughout
  • Animation and motion honour the operating system's reduce motion setting
  • Content reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 px viewport

Known limitations

The following limitations are known:

  • Telugu-language content. This site is currently published in English only. A Telugu version is planned.
  • Downloadable documents. PDFs offered for download, including the company brochure, are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. Any document can be supplied in an accessible format on request.
  • Third-party embeds. Where an external service such as a map is embedded, its accessibility is outside our control. The same information is provided in text alongside it.

Assessment approach

This site has been assessed by self-evaluation, combining automated testing with manual keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader checks. It has not been audited by an independent third party. This statement will be updated if that changes.

Tell us about a problem

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or require content in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond within five working days.

Statement prepared July 2026. Reviewed when the site changes materially, and at least once a year.

Accessible systems for departments

We develop public-facing systems to WCAG 2.1 level AA and GIGW 3.0.
