Source code and data belong to the department
Full source, database and documentation are handed over on completion. There is no proprietary layer that requires our continued involvement to maintain the system.
Commitments we put in the work order.
The following are commitments we make on departmental engagements. Each can be recorded in the scope note and the work order.
Hosting per departmental requirement
Deployed to state, departmental or Indian data centre infrastructure as the requirement specifies, with the deployment topology documented and handed over.
Security audit before go-live
We engage a CERT-In empanelled auditor for the pre-go-live VAPT that government applications require, and close the findings before launch.
Documentation and training as a deliverable
User manuals, admin guides and hands-on training for the staff who will operate the system — treated as part of the work, not an afterthought.
Defined support after go-live
A written support window with response and resolution times agreed before work starts, so it is clear who to call and what happens when.
Delivery stays in-house
The team that scopes the work carries it out. Work is not passed to an onward sub-contractor without the department’s agreement.

Current registrations.
- Udyam / MSME registered. A registered micro/small enterprise, which departments may procure from directly under the applicable MSE preference provisions.
- The software development division of Sri Visweswaraiah Educational Society. Registered office Chebrolu, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
- Operating since February 2011. Office at 11/2, Arundelpet, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522001.

- ISO 9001 (Quality Management) — Formalises the delivery process already followed on every engagement.
- ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) — Expected wherever citizen or departmental data is processed.
