Terms of service.

By accessing this website or engaging Gagan APPS for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You may use this site for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes — and to learn about and enquire with our services. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or use the site to harm us or others.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, design, code, logos, imagery — is owned by Gagan APPS or our licensors. You may not copy or republish without written permission.

3. Service engagements

Project work is governed by a separate signed agreement (SOW or MSA) that defines scope, timeline, fees, IP transfer and warranties for that engagement. These site Terms do not replace that agreement.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur reasonable interest as permitted by law.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We expect the same in return for our processes, proposals and pricing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gagan APPS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months for that engagement.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the SOW. We will deliver work-in-progress and invoice for time spent up to termination.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Andhra Pradesh.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance.
